Critically assess current processes and implement improvements including documenting improved processes

  • Ensure all processes and procedures within the reconciliations team are fit for purpose and are accurately recorded and documented
  • Ensure the financial operations teams goals are aligned with overall company strategy
  • Report to senior leadership team on overall performance and progress of process improvements
  • Monitor team performance against overall finance teams KPIs
  • Continually assess and mitigate any risks
