Maryfield West Care Home is looking to source a talented and clinically qualified Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN)

Our care home is in the affluent west end of Aberdeen, providing high-quality Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care for 23 residents.

Our passionate and skilled team offers personalised care to each resident to ensure their needs and preferencesare catered for.

We're proud to confirm that the care home has good relationships with the Care Inspectorate & Local Authorities.
We were rated 'Very Good' in our most recent inspection.

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the service, helping to lead our team with passion and commitment, forming strong relationships with residents & their relatives and multi-disciplinary teams.

Deputy Manager Contract
- £22 per hour.

Contracted to 44 hours per week, circa £50,336 per annum
12hours supernumerary
Pension.
5.6 weeks annual leave.
PVG paid.
Uniform provided.
Onsite parking.

We believe the Deputy Manager should have the following qualities and experience
RGN / RMN Qualified
Strong clinical skills.
Working with the elderly would be advantageous.
Experienced of leading and managing a team.
Able to support staff with further training and support.
Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time.
