Sales Account Manager

Salary:
£20k-£30k

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Our client has been established for over 25 years and is a specialist manufacturer of goods to the retail sector.

Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an additional Sales Account Manager to join their team.

Day to day duties will include the following:

Handling incoming customer enquiries
Processing orders
Taking ownership over the sales orders
Establishing client delivery lead times
Managing customer expectations
Manage new artwork requests from request to customer sign off
Helping out the customer service team where required, answering incoming calls and taking any stock orders
Be the main point of contact for customers
Upselling of products to existing customers
General office administration support

As an individual you will be need the following skills and experience:

Experience of Microsoft packages and Outlook
Strong communication skills
Flexible and adaptable
Hardworking and willing to get the extra mile
Must be able to work under pressure
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment desirable
Sales background or have worked within a sales team
Experience in estimates and quoting desirable
Experience in print and packaging desirable
Customer service experience essential
