Business Administrator
Reports to:

Part time - flexible
General Description of Role:
Vanguard Sustainable Transport Solutions are a new and exciting business developing products and solutions to help decarbonise the heavy transportation systems.
The Business Administrator will report to the Senior Management Team and will work across all areas of the business, including finance, project management, general administration and other areas where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- The creation and maintenance of business documentation in line with the business quality management system processes
- Proof reading of important documentation
- Providing support to the senior management team and project manager (documentation management, meeting support)
- Meeting support (minutes, arrangement, invite management)
- Event management
- Procurement support activities (purchase orders, expediting orders, supplier management)
- Finance support (payroll, client invoicing)
- Travel and accommodation arrangement
Requirements:
- Experience of administration, ideally in an engineering or technology context
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of business finance procedures
