Are you an experienced
Purchase Ledger Clerk?

Are you looking for a company that offerspositive, family-feel work environment?

Please note this role will be full office based

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Invoice entries
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Payments to suppliers by bank transfers
  • Record payments received from customers via bank, including payment by card via telephone
  • Be prepared to assist with general administrative tasks including log maintenance and viewing enquiries

You will need:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate working knowledge of Xero would be advantageous
