Join our growing team at Global 1st Line as a Call Centre Representative We are seeking motivated individuals who excel in customer service and enjoy problem-solving based in Newcastle.

As a representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. This is a part-time position with evening shifts.

  • Responsibilities:_
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and inquiries
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Input accurate and detailed information into the system
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities
  • Requirements:_
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work evening shifts and weekends
  • Previous call center experience is a plus but not required
  • Detailoriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
