Practice Manager
We are looking for a practice manager at our picturesque 3 surgery site in Finchley, North London.

  • Located just a 7minute walk from the Finchley underground, ample free parking on site with plenty of local amenities nearby too. ???????
  • You'll be joining a small but well established and longstanding team who offer a range of specialisms for our patients including Endodontics, Implants, Clear Aligners and Aesthetics.
  • There is huge potential for further private revenue growth for this practice too with the right manager to lead the team.


Whether you have a background working in healthcare or you have developed great leadership and business skills in other sectors, such as retail or hospitality, we are keen to hear from you.

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

  • Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
