Duties for the Customer Service Executive

  • As Customer Service Executive you will report to the Customer Service Manager and primarily focus on providing excellent customer service, ensuring that key measures of success are achieved.
  • Working alongside the Business Managers, as Customer Service Executive you will ensure that customers commercial targets are met.
  • Gain an indepth knowledge of their customers requirements to ensure that their needs are met.
  • The Customer Service Executive will attend monthly and weekly customer meetings, providing feedback on levels of service performance.
  • Work with customers to ensure they are maximising productivity with their product.

The ideal Customer Service Executive

  • Naturally be a people person who enjoys building relationships with people over the phone or face to face.
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise their workload.
  • Having a willingness to learn and be tech savvy
