About the job Role
This post will report to the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager and sits within the event management section of the QM Venues team.
The post holder will be a key liaison between internal clients and the QM Venues team by building strong relationships withboth clients and internal service department and stakeholders.
The purpose of the role is to act as a link between QM Venues and the end client, acting as the events expert for all aspect of management such as room lay-outs, catering, audio visual, risk assessments, staffing requirements and additional services requiredfor the smooth running of events.

Skills and atributes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle and prioritise high volume of enquiries and request
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Organised, able to multi task with competing priorities
An eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in everything undertaken
Ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders and service departments at various levels
