About Our Client:

Our client is a not for profit organisation who have seen rapid growth in the past 12 months.

They are based in Southampton and do require travel to their offices but also offer a hybrid model of working.

As the Banking Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance of events service and goods for sale via the On-Line Store platform
  • Establishing SLAs and guidance for colleagues in relation to utilising the On-Line Store
  • Providing back up support for the Income team leadership to improve team resilience and flexibility
  • Advising on the most appropriate options for On-Line Store users, including VAT implications for events/products or services for sale through this medium
  • Supporting the development, implementation and review of new or amended arrangements, including appropriate communications
  • Communicating and planning proactively to influence behaviours during periods of change or transition to ensure compliance with any appropriate regulations. To include notifying end users where additional advice or guidance may be needed to satisfy regulations for unusual requests
  • To act as a technical expert in the use of relevant departmental systems
  • Identify training requirements resulting from the above and provide coaching and best practice advice to colleagues
  • Promptly investigating and working to resolve systems queries, complaints or issues with internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant:

To be successful for the Banking Administrator role, you must:

  • Have worked in a similar position previously
  • Ability to accurately analyse and interpret complex data, develop summary information on issues, and share appropriately.
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines
