We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of students in local schools.

Job Type:
Full-time/Part-time positions available

As a Teaching Assistant with Ribble Education, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and students in their learning journey


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in preparing learning materials and classroom activities.
  • Providing support to individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
  • Encouraging student engagement and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Assisting with classroom management and behavior support.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.
