CASY is looking for a committed and proactive individual to take on the part-time role of our Administrator for our school-based counselling service.

This role gives you the opportunity to be part of a friendly, committed team as well as making a real difference to children and young people's lives.

Good communication skills and a knowledge of online systems is essential for this role that will support our schools co-ordinators and school counsellors

Job Title:
Administrator schools project


Responsible to:
The post will report to the CEO but work in conjunction with the rest of the CASY team
Working hours: 21 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Salary:
£10,319

Place of work:
CASY's office in Newark


Responsibilities/Duties:


  • Filter telephone calls before passing them to the necessary person.
  • Take and relay accurate and timely messages and answer questions where possible.
  • Maintain a comprehensive paper and electronic filing system.
Producing professional ending reports and service agreements delivered in an encrypted format

  • Uploading counsellor documents on to the online system.
  • Contractual development for schools to include mapping process in areas where we currently do not have contracts. Contacting targeted educational settings.
  • Professional, friendly communication
  • Assisting with managing the Lead Coordinator's electronic diary
  • Provide cover for main reception Scanning counsellor paperwork as it comes in and adding it to our recording system Extranet. To understand, adhere to and actively implement all the policies and procedures of CASY and its services at all times.
All policies to read at least once a year.

  • To put forward any concerns or suggestions for additions to policies to CEO.
  • To sign our confidentiality agreement no information is to be shared outside of the office environment.
  • To Always be aware of who you are talking to and never discuss any client information in line with data protection policy.
  • To undertake training as required. Assist with other work, events and projects as needed. To undertake additional tasks reasonably requested by the CEO and the charity team.
