The post will report to the CEO but work in conjunction with the rest of the CASY team
Working hours: 21 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Filter telephone calls before passing them to the necessary person.
- Take and relay accurate and timely messages and answer questions where possible.
- Maintain a comprehensive paper and electronic filing system.
- Uploading counsellor documents on to the online system.
- Contractual development for schools to include mapping process in areas where we currently do not have contracts. Contacting targeted educational settings.
- Professional, friendly communication
- Assisting with managing the Lead Coordinator's electronic diary
- Provide cover for main reception Scanning counsellor paperwork as it comes in and adding it to our recording system Extranet. To understand, adhere to and actively implement all the policies and procedures of CASY and its services at all times.
- To put forward any concerns or suggestions for additions to policies to CEO.
- To sign our confidentiality agreement no information is to be shared outside of the office environment.
- To Always be aware of who you are talking to and never discuss any client information in line with data protection policy.
- To undertake training as required. Assist with other work, events and projects as needed. To undertake additional tasks reasonably requested by the CEO and the charity team.
