    Job title: Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

    Description

    The Sun-to-Wheel platform is underpinned and connected by a proprietary data platform that grows and improves every day. This platform enables us to efficiently procure and timely deliver components, raw materials, and services for our charging facilities (Hubs/ eHGV/ Forecourts).

    This role requires a strong business acumen, including understanding how a business functions and the relationship between financial results and key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of procurement and supply chain experience, preferably in the manufacturing, automotive or EV charging industry.

    The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end procurement activities for all direct components, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers, and optimizing inventory levels by implementing efficient stock control systems.

    The successful candidate will be able to work closely with Development, Delivery, Operations, and Product teams to align procurement with project requirements. They will also be able to forecast demand for all direct components and materials, ensuring alignment with production schedules and market needs.

    A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required. CIPS qualification is highly desired. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, proven ability to track metrics, analyze performance, and provide reports and insights.

    They will be able to proactively manage risk, foreseeing and adapting to any potential program threats before they arise, as well as after. The ideal candidate will handle pressure well under tight deadlines and be fully adaptable to continuously program redirection/slippage as well as changing business needs.
