Salary:
£20,000-£23,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and help support our growth plans. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for attracting and identifying talented individuals for our clients.

You will work in afast-paced, target-driven environment, where you will need to be proactive, organised, and adaptable to be successful.


  • Conducting initial phone screenings, arranging and coordinating interviews, and assisting in the recruitment process as required

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using various recruitment tools such as job boards, social media specifically LinkedIn
  • Experience in a customerfacing role
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or sales role is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • A positive, cando attitude with a desire to succeed
