Job Purpose:

The Analyst contributes to the management and value creation of the UK and Ireland portfolio of properties


Key Accountabilities:

The analyst will support a dynamic Asset Management team based in London.

The analyst will support the implementation of asset business plans by assisting with asset management initiatives, project or development management, tenant liaison and disposalsacross different sectors.


The individual will be responsible for:

  • Proving analysis and contributing to the preparation of the annual business plans
  • Setup financial models (DCF)
  • Collecting and analysing all relevant data / documentation at asset level
  • Supporting the deployment of the ESG tasks
  • Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the asset budgets (revenues, opex and capex)
  • Coordinating with third party consultants
  • Contribute to the implementation of the marketing and letting strategy
  • Contribute to the supervision of property management issues
  • Contribute to the monitoring of refurbishment or development programs
  • Assist in the preparation of disposals
  • Support investment underwritings led by the Acquisitions teams
  • Provide analytical and presentation support on ad hoc strategic / managerial topics
  • Monitoring fit out and refurbishment projects by instructing, defining and controlling the activities of internal and external Project Managers and reporting progress and results on completion
  • Monitor external valuations, asset KPI's and contribute to investor reporting

Education/Qualifications

  • Educated degree in business or real estate
  • RICS Certification is a preferred, but not a precondition

Experience

  • 15 years' experience in the real estate sector
  • Understanding of legislations and/or financial techniques related to real estate investments
