Job Brief:
As an experienced Product Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering and executing our product roadmap.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage your expertise to drive the development and launch of innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and contribute to our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Help support the execution of the product roadmap, from development to delivery
• Gather and analyse feedback to inform product requirements and feature development
• Drive the identification of product gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate and communicate with senior management to prioritize activities and allocate resources effectively
• Develop and review comprehensive product requirements documentation
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of highquality products
• Coordinate product testing and launch activities, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in product management, preferably in a fastpaced tech startup environment
• Technical background with a good understanding of relevant technologies and tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience driving product innovation and delivering successful outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Hybrid working model (24 days in the office
• WeWork, Moorgate)
