Contact Centre Team Leader required for expanding business in Sheffield.If you have previous Team Leader experience from within a Call Centre / Contact Centre environment of managing an outbound team then this could be a fantastic opportunity in which tojoin a company to develop and establish your career.
Managing a team of c 15 agents through coaching, call monitoring and performance planning. Using reports to drive performance and identify focus areas. Meeting and managing Client expectations. Energising your team to achieve high levels of motivation. Providingongoing training & sales coaching for the team. Upholding company standards and policies within your team.Working Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm.
