An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Medical Staffing Team as a Senior HR Administrator. This role is pivotal in supporting the recruitment and selection of medical and dental staff.

You will work with Clinical Directors to ensure that vacant posts are identified and appropriate plans are made to fill them.

Supporting the full end to end recruitment process for Consultant and Junior Doctor appointments, assisting with the arranging of interview panels along with attending as the HR representative.

The post holder will be based at Regent Point and provide a service across the Newcastle upon Tyne Trust.
Interview Date: 6th April 202- 37 Hours 30 Minutes/Week


We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail to support the Medical Staffing recruitment function.

The role requires strong communication skills with a clear focus on engagement with staff members at all levels. You will have the ability to work with and improve on information systems.

With rapidly changing priorities this will require the ability to use your own initiative to manage your own workload along with the scheduling a maintaining of centralised diaries.

You will have excellent keyboard and IT skills in particular, Word and Excel.


As Senior HR Administrator (Pre-Employment Team) you will lead the team of HR Administrators responsible for pre-employment clearances for all medical and dental staff joining the Trust.

As well as maintaining your own caseload of new starters, you will oversee the team's work on a daily basis, provide support and guidance, and ensure that key deadlines are achieved on a weekly and monthly basis.

You will have previous team leadership experience, the ability to motivate and coach others, as well as strong organisational and time management skills and a strong customer service ethos.
