Rapidly expanding dynamic global broker that provides specialist insurance, reinsurance and capital markets advisory services is seeking a junior lawyer to join the team because of continued expansion.

Our client is a global brand with offices located across the US, Canada, Latin America, Australia, Europe, and Asia, with both a strong local focus and understanding of market needs.

Currently working at a leading law firm or in-house, you will either be recently qualified or up to 2 pqe, or equivalent experience and keen to work in a small team and learn in an office-based environment.

It is expected that the selected individual will be in the office 4 days a week.

Over the past 3 years, our client has more than doubled its revenue and tripled its number of employees following several acquisitions around the world.

The role will require you to be hands-on and undertake a broad range of responsibilities as directed by the Senior Legal Counsel.

This would include, assisting with corporate matters and M&A transactions, commercial and procurement contracts through to NDAs and other small administrative tasks.

Moreover, you would be part of team of 4 lawyers that is likely to expand further as more acquisitions are completed.

This is a role best suited to a lawyer who wants a variety of work and who can grow at a highly acquisitive insurance company.
