    Job Title: Field Sales Consultant - Energy Solutions

    About Us

    CEMA Lighting Solutions is a leading provider of energy-efficient lighting solutions to businesses nationwide. With expertise in commercial and industrial sectors, we offer bespoke solutions tailored to individual business needs.

    About the Role

    • You will work efficiently to secure appointments for our Field Sales Consultants, representing CEMA and driving new business opportunities.
    • Manage data and records to achieve targeted conversion rates.
    • Identify high-quality leads and book appointments for the sales force.
    • This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
    • The role can be remote or office-based depending on location.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
    • Experience in telesales, with the ability to overcome gatekeepers.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Monday (advantageous but training will be provided).
    • Motivation to exceed sales targets and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and resilience in handling rejection.
