Customer Service Advisor
Redhill - £22,000
Monday to Friday 1 week rota 8am - 4:30pm and 9:30am to 6pm

Working for a well known water company in Redhill as a Customer Service Advisor where you will doing B2C calls, while delivering a 5 star customer service experience.

This role is a customer service based role and will suit someone who has phone based experience of any sort, with an amazing track record of service.


Responsibilities:


  • Handling customer enquiries relating to all aspects off service.
  • Engaging with a range of customers and scenarios on a daily basis.
  • Taking inbound calls and possibly allocating to different teams.
  • Undertake such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

Requirements:


  • 1 + year in a customer service role is essential
  • Experience receiving a high level of inbound calls
  • Good attitude and communication skills
