SIA Door Supervisor


About us

N/OM is a 90-capacity artist-led music studio and events space, situated on the industrial edge of Manchester's City Centre.


Responsibilities

• Be a friendly and welcoming point of first contact.
• Check guest tickets
• Monitor and control access to premises
• Count and limit people in venue to 90
• Handle difficult or disruptive individuals calmly and professionally
• Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies that may arise
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain proper documentation

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Door Supervisor or Security Officer is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures related to security operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergencies
• First Aid certification is preferable
• Must have SIA Licence

The applicant will be responsible for paying their own taxes.

We're looking for someone to work the following two shifts this weekend:

Friday 16th February - 18:45 to 22: hrs)
