AJ Chambers is working with a leading international firm who are seeking to add a Private Equity Funds Associate to strengthen their rapidly growing team. The PE group has doubled in size in the last few years, and is set to continue itsgrowth in order to offer a prime service to its clients, focussing on complex restructuring of existing fund structures, and secondaries transactions. The team combine funds lawyers and transactional lawyers, so a strong background in funds is also acceptable.
The Role
- Drafting and negotiation of fund documentation and secondaries transaction documents
- Commercial legal advice of funds and transactions
- Liaising with clients and colleagues alike in order to build excellent working relationships
- Business development
- 36 Years PQE
- Broad experience of advising private equity fund formation and/or secondaries transactions
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent academic record
