Description
Sterling Washroom Services Ltd are looking to recruit a part time accounts assistant to join their accounts department.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Providing support to the accounts manager
  • Maintaining files and updating records as required
  • Processing invoices and credit notes
  • Chasing overdue payments
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently when required
  • Effective communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Other tasks and duties to support the team
  • Opportunity to increase hours in the future with company growth
Required Experience within

  • Quickbooks or similar accounting packages is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel & Word
  • Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role
Working pattern over 2 days between Monday to Friday (days and hours to be agreed)


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10 per week


Salary:
From £6,000.00 per year
