JuniorSous Chefposition is available to help maintain an excellent standard of service at this busy corporate hotel in Nottingham.

You must be able to strongly support the team the kitchen team and able to run multiplesections and multi task with conference lunches and restaurant service.

You must be ale to cope working under pressure with previous experience of working in a busy hotel. The hotel prides itself on providing good quality, seasonally changing food preparedand cooked and served to high standards.


Requirements:


Ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced Junior Sous chef or strong Chef de Partie with previous experience of working in busy fresh food establishments that take pride in their service.

It is essential that you are flexible and work well under pressure. Ongoingtraining and development will be given as this company believes in looking after and promoting staff
