IT Support Engineer (MAC OS & windows)

Bristol - Hybrid

£25,000 - £30,000


A fast-growing IT MSP business in Bristol are looking for an IT Support Engineer with strong MAC OS and windows experience.

You will be working on the day-to-day remote monitoring of client domains and will support in Project work where required.


As an IT Support Engineer, you will need to be focused, energised, and have the desire to go the extra mile.

IT Support Engineer (Mac OS) Key skills:

  • Well-organised, completer-finisher approach to work
  • Broad knowledge and experience with an IT Service Provider (MSP)or an inhouse IT Department
  • Strong knowledge of Mac OS and Mac support
- experience resolving issues with Backups, Antivirus and Updates/Patching

  • Familiarity with JAMF for remote management of Mac environments is highly desirable but not essential.
