Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts by posting engaging content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide weekly and monthly reports to the social media team.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and public relations, to ensure that social media efforts align with overall company goals.
  • Perform various data entry tasks such as entering customer information, updating databases, and inputting product information.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering data.
  • Work with various software programs and tools to complete tasks, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and social media management tools.
  • Manage and organize files and documents related to social media accounts and data entry tasks.
  • Communicate with team members regularly to ensure that projects and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone.
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for social media and interest in staying uptodate with the latest trends and technology.
