Ruskin Properties are an independent Construction & Development company based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. We build to let, and have a portfolio with both residential and commercial properties.

We are recruiting for an experienced Lettings Consultant to join our team, to assist with the listing, marketing and letting of our properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and develop their career further.

The role will include the following duties:

• Listing & Marketing Properties
• Ensuring the property is ready/compliant for listing/move ins
• Handling enquiries and carrying out viewings
• Handling the lettings progression
• Working alongside and reporting to the Lettings Manager

Key Skills:

• You must be able to communicate well with team members and Tenants/Contractors
• Provide excellent customer service
• Strong organisation skills
• Ideally have Lettings/Property Management experience
• You MUST have a Drivers License and have access to your own car
