Our client, a niche consultancy specialising in Financial Crime Risk and Compliance, are looking to add to their senior leadership team in London.

They are seeking a Senior Financial Crime Executive to join their collaborative team, and the role comes withan attractive salary of up to £160,000 p/a plus benefits including performance-related bonus, training allowance, pension, life assurance, family medical cover, and hybrid working.

As a Senior Executive, you will report to the Managing Partner and contribute to primary accountability for the end to end delivery of client engagements including the management of team members.

You will also be responsible for the delivery of defined deliverablesand desired engagement outcomes on time and within budget.

Support the financial and reputational growth and development of the firm
Be responsible for project management, project planning, guide the team in every phase of the project and ensure quality delivery
Ensure all deliverables meet appropriate governance and regulatory standards
Develop existing and new client relationships
Help grow the team through coaching and mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge and experiences
510 years experience in strategic consulting within financial crime advisory and/or transformation projects
Demonstrated success in delivering highquality management consultancy services
