About the role:

We are seeking a brilliant administrator to join us


This Admissions and MSc Programme Administrator role is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join the well respected and highly supportive Teaching and Learning Team.


Providing professional administrative support and information to academic staff and students undertaking postgraduate studies at the UCL School of Pharmacy.

The post holder will work closely with students and esteemed academic colleagues.


You will be working within a highly supportive environment and will be able to undertake training and learning to enhance your skills across your chosen disciplines.


About you:

You will be proactive, flexible and solutions-driven, being able to work both independently and as part of a team.

A professional attitude, willingness to help, and ability to deal professionally with a broad range of stakeholders and issues are a must.

You will be responsible for supporting Taught Postgraduate admissions and recruitment.

You will monitor applicant numbers and assist with the production of reports and provide updates to the Admissions Tutor and School Committees.

You will assist with examinations and administration of coursework.

Advising students and staff on the academic regulations and the procedures for submitting extenuating circumstances and academic appeals will fill part of your remit along with ensuring the timely completion of UCL's engagement monitoring process.


Working with the Faculty and Student Records teams you will help to maintain and update student records, ensuring that changes to student information are processed and recorded accurately and in a timely manner complying with UCL data retention schedule.
