Country House Weddings offers six hand-picked wedding venues across Essex, Cambridgeshire, Warwickshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire.

Country House Weddings specialises in weddings, providing exclusive use of the venues to couples from midday to midnight on the day of the wedding, while also offering all-inclusive wedding packages to ensure a couple's wedding runs smoothly from start to finish.

This includes, although not limited to, multiple wedding ceremony options per venue, a three-course wedding breakfast created by expert chefs who specialise in wedding catering, fully stocked bars, and an evening reception with buffet, DJ and disco.

Wedding Support Assistant


We are looking to recruit a passionate individual to join us in our busy office here at one of Britain's premier wedding venues, delivering impeccable customer service and contributing to the success of every couple's special day.


If we've piqued your interest, then we want to hear from you This position would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced receptionist/administrator looking to further their career, or a current wedding professional looking for an exciting new challenge in a fantastic venue.


Job description

Benefits:


  • Competitive salary (
    up to £20,800 depending on experience / £12.50 PH)
  • Opportunity to work at an awardwinning wedding venue
  • A permanent contract based on 32 hours per week (hours and days can be flexible)
  • Share in and contribute to one of the most important days in a couple's life every day

Main tasks of job:

  • Welcome visitors via an intercom system as well as face to face
  • Make refreshments for visitors as required
  • Answer the telephone in a helpful and polite manner
  • Raise and send invoices to customers
  • Send payment reminders
  • Take payments over the telephone and in person
  • Print and collate all wedding paperwork on a weekly basis
  • Print and assemble wedding showround packs ensuring information is up to date and there are always plenty available for the Sales Team
  • Opportunity to work evenings and weekends from time to time to assist with events and open days with lieu time given
  • Follow the company's policies and procedures and ensure office staff are following the company's policies and procedures
