Responsibilities:


  • Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Handling inquiries, complaints, and providing appropriate solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or crosssell products/services
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Types:

Salary:
From £25,394.20 per year
