Business Development Manager - FMCG - West Midlands - Up to £55,000

About the Company

We are working with an established, fast-paced manufacturing business who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager for the West Midlands area.

Business Development Manager - Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- eCommerce and Packaging industry experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  • Confident networking with senior stakeholders
  • Ambitious and keen on progressing
  • Ability to build unique solutions for our customers
  • Ability to employ a creative approach and develop offers in line with our vision for the future

Business Development Manager - Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Your role will be predominantly business development, once the account is secured this will then be handed over to key account managers.
