Your Role and Responsibilities


You would be primarily focussed on Education but will also support Organisational Change Management within the Governance Risk and Compliance tower.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, design, write and create impactful cybersecurity education packages in support of the CISO strategy.
  • Endtoend management of education packages using learning management tools.
  • Communicate with impact (written, verbal, audio, video) at all levels.
  • Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts so they can be incorporated into education.
  • Work and collaborate crossfunctionally at all levels.


We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and driven person that has a passion to create education, innovate how can educate people and deliver important cybersecurity messages in an impactful and meaningful way.

This is a very rewarding role that works across the CISO and delivers across Kyndryl.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal),
  • Broad cybersecurity knowledge,
  • Experience in creating, designing and delivering education packages,
  • Experience in using tools such as Articulate, Adobe, video editing,
  • Strong program management skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Experience with adult education,
  • Very good knowledge of Articulate 360 + Adobe suite Video editing,
  • Content Development Expert.

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
