As a CSR your
focus will be processing orders, handling support cases, along with other administrative tasks we face daily. We strive for same day turnaround for non-project items and always put the customer first.

What you'll be working on

Order Management:

- processing of global orders submitted by our customers and partners.

Case Management:

- warranty extensions, hardware replacements and their options.

RMA
  • Return Merchandise Authorization:
  • processing refunds for cancelled orders
  • Projects
- as assigned


What you bring to the role

  • Ideally have between 3 years of Customer Services experience
  • Positive attitude
  • Hardworking and willing to learn
  • Forward thinker and Problem solver
