Description

Citizens Advice Central Dorset requires a Debt Caseworker specialising in the energy sector to work and join our team of experienced advisors.
We are seeking a dedicated Debt Caseworker to work within the Citizens Advice Dorset Energy Team.

Focusing on cases connected to energy, you will work closely with clients, providing them with comprehensive debt advice linking with the wider support offered by the Energy Unit.

The service you provide must comply with FCA Standards and as such you would need to be accredited or working towards achieving accreditation status.

Ideally you would have experience of working in Citizens Advice or a similar setting.

Hours:30 Hours per week**
Salary:£24,274 actual / £29,937 FTE**
Location:
Hybrid (Dorset)

Term:1st June 2024 to 31st March 2026**
