£21,000 - £25,000 pa

Gloucester / Hybrid (office 1 or 2 times per week)


We are delighted to present another fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Clerk to join our ever-improving client who has evolved into a multi-disciplinary technology services provider with global reach.


Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring any discrepancies are investigated/resolved

Oversee and complete supplier statement reconciliations

Prepare and process approved ad hoc manual payments, and fortnightly employee expense runs

Monitor open AP items and the clearing of outstanding items

Critically assess the accounts payable process

Complete month-end procedures and report by specified deadlines


Skills/ Experience:

Solid accounts payable experience

Experience working in a medium/large company

Excellent administration and problem solving skills

Experience with Microsoft based accounting software

Good IT skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Able to prioritse your workload, and work well within a team

A quick learner
