Customer Service Supervisor

Temporary to permanent

Full-time

Bedford

Our client has been a well-established business in Bedfordshire for almost 20 years, after expanding to a new premises they are now seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join their friendly CS Team.

Salary:
£ £14.36 per hour (£27,000-£28,000 PA)

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Saturday hours available.

Duties including, but not limited to:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the customer service team.
Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members.
Handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints.
Assisting the CS Manager with administration tasks.

The person:

Confident in reaching and achieving set targets.
Ability to work in a very fastpaced environment whilst maintaining high standards.
A proven track record in Customer Service and Supervisory roles.
