Description
Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for several Maintenance Multi Traders in Luton. Looking for highly motivated people who can work effectively in a high-pressure environment. In this role, you will be working for a well-established accommodation provider with a portfolio of over 3,500 units.


THIS IS A PERMANENT JOB WITH NO AGENCY PROBATION PERIOD.
General Maintenance Multi Trader work, performing reactive maintenance on HMO properties around Luton. Utilizing skills such as plumbing, carpentry, patchwork plastering, and basic electrical. Company van and fuel card provided.


Key information:


  • Van and fuel card provided
  • 7.30 am pm, Monday to Friday
  • Up to £45k per year, depending on experience/qualifications

Requirements:


  • Good understanding of plumbing/electrical/carpentry/plastering
  • Full UK driving license required
  • Must have your own tools
  • Friendly, approachable, and well presented
  • Available to interview immediately
