Description
We are recruiting for two Business Support Officers for our Ipswich offices

Penny Ltd provide business with an invoice factoring facility to enable access to funds faster assisting them with cashflow and we are looking to add two new members to our Invoice Validation Team to assist with checks and verifications for funding decisions


Main Responsibilities:


  • You will be working with two Business Support Assistants to complete checks for appropriate incoming funding requests
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Complete company background and credit checks inline with company processes
  • Complete and assess incoming cases to ensure suitable checks are complete for funding decision/s
  • Lowlevel underwriting with the expectation to grow within the organisation taking on increasing levels of responsibility

Experience

  • An excellent working attitude and excellent team working skills, providing encouragement and positive internal communications
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong IT and website use

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
