We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee.

This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn and develop sales skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

As a Sales Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to prepare you for a successful career in sales.

Responsibilities:

Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers
Assist senior sales representatives in prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problemsolving and negotiation abilities
Selfmotivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
