Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to drive their success.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Assist in recruiting and training new sales associates to expand the team and drive performance.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make datadriven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel

From £28,000.00 per year
