About the Role


Within this role, you will support the Branch Manager in the day to day running of our branch in South Shields, encouraging and coaching colleagues and acting as a Deputy when required.


This opportunity will also involve managing the Branch to achieve business results by establishing and building long term relationships with our customers whilst providing a friendly and professional service.


The hours for this role are full time, 35 hours working: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, plus Saturdays on a rota basis (paid as over time).

About You


If you possess great communication skills, are a natural leader and make every effort to drive the business forward and achieve results, then you would thrive within this role.


You will need to have the passion and skills to motivate others whilst coaching and developing team members, working effectively as a team.


A Banking or Finance Sector related background would be advantageous but it isn't essential, we have great programmes of development to support any new entrant.
