  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure all records are updated and accurate
  • Prepare and submit invoices to clients
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve any discrepancies or payment issues
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting & Finance team
  • Assist with monthend closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable status
  • Participate in financial audits and provide necessary information

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:

  • A solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
