This company can produce a multitude of items branded specifically for marketing campaigns and work alongside some incredible names to produce products that have a real impact and presence.


As a member of the client services team you'll be working closely with a senior member of the staff to take briefs from clients, understand their requirements and make sure their orders are executed on time and in full.

You'll be managing key stakeholders and helping influence your clients decision making on many products, coming up with your own ideas and then working alongside purchasing to bring it all together and to make it happen

  • Work alongside a senior member of the team to produce pitch packs, sample ideas and suggestions for new products.
  • Updating supplier records and monitoring purchasing inbox
  • Prepare quotes, PowerPoint presentations and quotations
  • Handle inbound enquiries and clients requests for updates
- assist with project planning for major initiatives

  • Manage the ownerships and progression of sales order requests, recording all information onto SAP
  • Visit UK supplier exhibitions and develop a knowledge of promotional marketing.

About you:

  • Experienced in SAP not essential as training is provided
  • An experienced sales support or sales administrator/ account coordinator
  • Motivated, approachable and happy to help
- a team player, ready to get stuck in and really own their role

Salary on offer ranges between £23k-28k, plus a bonus, regular reviews and a company pension.

This role is based in Luton but with the scope to work from home given there is a suitable environment to work in.

Hours can be set from any time from 8am
  • 6pm
to suit IE 8am - 4:30pm with one hours lunch or 9:30am

  • 6pm
- this is agreed in advance.
