Onsite Account Manager based in LeicesterSalary; upto £28,000 basic plus bonus OTE upto £35,000
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm
Talent Star are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our ever-growing recruitment consultancy client based in Leicester.
The successful Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining an effective working relationship with the client's team in order to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment and Health and Safety legislation.
- Management of temporary staff attending the client's site and liaising with managers at all levels on staffing.
- Attending daily and weekly planning and staffing meetings, where applicable.
- Monitoring staff quality, attendance and attrition levels.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Account coordinator is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability in problem solving and negotiation.
- Flexibility to work outside of core hours when required for the needs of the business.
