We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide a wide-ranging and high quality service to the Dean of the School of Management, the University of Bath's leading Business School.
The post involves the efficient organisation and running of the Dean's activities, and requires personal responsibility, tact, judgement, and initiative.
This is a key role in supporting the Dean with their workload, helping to drive forward the Dean's agenda through strategic planning and forward thinking.
You will be expected to take the lead on pivotal projects and tasks as well as organise and lead events that contribute to the ambition and development of the School and it's alumni relations.
This is a busy, exciting and challenging role and involves dealing with a wide range of matters covering diverse business areas, requiring senior and external stakeholder management.
You will develop and maintain effective working relationships in order to work in collaboration with other staff in the Dean's office and colleagues from across the School and the University as well as with contacts in other institutions nationally and internationally.
This is a full time position working 36.5 hours per week on a fixed term, maternity cover basis with an expected end date of March 2024.
