Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an established and expanding business based in Guildford to hire a Finance Graduate to join their Billings and Credit team.

This role would suit a recent graduate with a relevant accountancy or business degree as you will be offered training and progression within the organistion and scope to work across the various finance departments.

Some experience of working in a finance team would be advantageous, but full training will be offered.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Creating sales invoices from operating software
Managing the timely flow of files being passed for billing (invoices and proforma's) ensuring accuracy and compliance standards are consistently maintained
Working with clients and colleagues in Operations and Account Management to ensure delivery of efficiency and service excellence
Research and resolving invoice discrepancies and respond to enquiries within specified time frames
Building and developing excellent working relationships with key clients with all colleagues
Provide supporting documentation for clients and auditors
Pro actively review pending bulling regularly to ensure invoices are being raised at the earliest opportunity
