We have an exciting opportunity for a B2B Lead Generator within the MTC Training department.

MTC Training's vision is to develop a training capability that embeds adaptable skills, knowledge and behaviours that future proof UK manufacturing.

Aligning technical content identified in MTC's core business to our commercial and upskilling portfolio is at the core of our strategy.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will play a significant part in the growth of the organisation by supporting MTC Training to achieve commercial and apprenticeship targets.

Through utilising a variety of business development techniques, you will provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads and will identify new clients for our training programmes.

Working collaboratively with the Business Development Manager, you will identify new business development opportunities such as attending industry events, identifying/converting leads and engaging with businesses across the UK.
