Electromechanical Engineer

Permanent position

Leading company within industry

Our client are a highly-regarded and respected business in the machine tool & automation market and supply across a number of engineering sectors such as aerospace and automotive.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To complete machine predelivery inspections to an agreed specification and maintain documentation in a professional manner.
  • To complete mechanical/electrical interface work in the workshop and showroom facilities to an agreed specification and maintain documentation in a professional manner.
  • To gain and maintain an indepth knowledge of the product range and attend training when and where necessary on new control systems and machine models.
  • To continually review new products and systems and highlight to the Management any inherent quality issues.
  • To ensure that the workshop/showroom is maintained in a clean and tidy state once your work on a machine project is completed.
  • To install machines as directed in the showroom facilities

Essential Skills or Qualifications
Machine tool knowledge Mechanical and electrical fitting skills

Desirable Skills or Qualifications
Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain Control Knowledge Engineering

Based at our client's site
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
